Group 1 Releases DOC1 Digital - Only Single-source Solution
to Generate Customer Communications
for Print, Web Delivery and ePayment


Newest Member of the DOC1 Suite for Customer Communications Management Offers Immediate Deployment, Rapid Return on Investment and Lower Total Cost of Ownership

DOC1 Digital is a fully integrated system to generate dynamic customer communications for print as well as for electronic delivery and payment. DOC1 Digital natively composes dynamic documents in HTML or PDF for online delivery, eliminating the need to transform legacy print applications for Web-enablement. DOC1 Digital also incorporates powerful enrollment and payment processing capabilities, including electronic submission, processing and settling of bills, flexible payment choices, and posting to accounts receivable systems when payments occur. As an additional advantage, Group 1 has leveraged its alliances with leading billing software providers to facilitate rapid implementation of DOC1 Digital.

The DOC1 suite also permits marketers to include powerful, targeted messages on both paper and electronic bills. Messages on paper bills can also familiarize customers with e-billing options and direct them to a Web site for enrollment. Both e-bill and print messages enable marketers to cross-sell additional products or proactively target at-risk customers with attractive service offers.
